VISwatch ships worldwide with the exception of Russia, Mexico and China. We ship via FedEx and/or UPS with a third company insurance broker. Shipments are insured for the full value of the purchase. In the event of something occurring with the shipment we take full responsibility in covering the loss before settling with our insurer.
Shipments to P.O. Box and Apo/Fpo military addresses aren't authorized by FedEx or UPS therefore they are not an option.
Due to the nature and value of our products and to insurance restrictions all our packages will require an adult signature at the time of delivery.
Shipping expenses are not included in our advertised prices. All shipping expenses will be assumed by the buyer unless otherwise previously agreed with VIS Ent Ltd.
We ship only during our normal business hours, Monday – Friday 10am – 5:30pm. Shipping takes place the same day the funds are clear, delivery time may vary depending on the service picked. Tracking numbers are forwarded as soon as they are available.
VISwatch offers our clients a 24 hour approval period upon receiving shipment to inspect the item. Items that are miss-presented or erroneously advertised may be returned for a full refund. Any and all issues must be expressed within the 24 hour period upon reception.
All items must be returned to VIS Ent Ltd in the same way received with all its belongings and with the original packing. If an item is used, tampered, altered or damaged VIS Ent Ltd reserves the right to refuse the return and refund and/or charge a restocking fee that can go up to 25% of the actual value of the transaction. All shipping returns are sole responsibility of the purchaser/client, unless otherwise decided by VIS Ent Ltd.
Returns or exchanges for any other motives are not covered unless previously agreed by VIS Ent Ltd.
